Lunch and Picnic Needs

Groups pre-ordering meals from the Safari Café are eligible for a 10% discount on all menu items. To receive a menu or pre-order for your group, please call 402.475.6741, ext 132.

Zoo policy states that no outside food may be brought inside Zoo grounds. An exception will be made for school field trips. The private picnic area, subject to availability, is the designated area and must be reserved prior to your visit. Multiple groups may be scheduled together to reach capacity. No catered or potluck meals are allowed. Meal storage prior to lunch time is the responsibility of group leader. Zoo is not responsible for lost lunches or 'squirrel nibbling.'

Please call 402.475.6741, ext 120 to reserve the designated lunch area prior to your visit.

If the private picnic area is unavailable, groups may eat lunch outside Zoo grounds. So that patrons of the Safari Cafe will have seating we will not be able to allow groups to eat sack lunches in ZooVille Square.
